The Bar Harbor Hannaford is advising consumers that packages of 80 percent lean ground beef purchased at the store on Friday, March 2 with a sell-by date of March 3 may contain fragments of soft plastic and should not be consumed. This item may be returned to the store for a full refund. No injuries or illnesses have been reported.
