Grilled Pork Sirloin & Veggies
Serves 4
1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Pork Sirloin Steaks
1 lb. Red Potatoes - small
16 Oz. Bag Hannaford Frozen Green Beans
Preparation Suggestions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º. Cut potatoes into large chunks, coat lightly with olive oil, salt & pepper then spread out in a shallow pan & bake until light brown & crispy, about 20 min.
2. Preheat grill to medium. Season pork with salt & pepper or the seasoning of your choice. Grill until cooked, an internal temp. of 160º, depending on thickness.
3. Cook green beans.
