Taco Salad
Serves 4
1 lb. 80% Ground Beef
1 Jar Hannaford Salsa
1 Vine-Ripe Tomato
1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
1 Bag Hannaford Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Box Hannaford Taco Shells
Preparation Suggestions:
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and add 1/2 the jar of salsa and a dash of chili powder if you wish. Keep warm.
2. Wash and chop tomato & lettuce. Layer all ingredients, ending with salsa and cheese, into 4 small bowls or 1 large bowl.
3. Serve with shells.
