Step 1. Wash the berries and pat them dry on a paper towel.
Step 2. Place the semisweet chocolate in a double boiler over boiling water and melt while stirring.
Step 3. Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, remove from the heat.
Step 4. Line a sheet pan with waxed paper.
Step 5. Grasp the stem or green leaves of the strawberry and dip into the chocolate, twist as it is lifted out.
Step 6. Let the excess chocolate drip off and then place on the paper. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.
Step 7. Set the strawberries aside to allow the chocolate to harden, about 30 minutes. Place on a serving dish for two. Add your favorite bubbly and enjoy!
