Spinach and Orange Salad

(Serves 2, double for 4)

This salad can be made a couple of hours ahead of time with adding the dressing. When your ready to serve, just add the dressing.

Step-by-Step Spinach and Orange Salad Instructions
Ingredients:

 

1/2 bunch or 1/2 package of fresh Spinach, rinsed, and dried

1 small red Onion, peeled and sliced thin in rings and cut in half

1 blood or moro Orange, peeled, pith removed and sliced

1 navel Orange peeled, pith removed and sliced

Newman's Own Olive oil and Vinaigrette dressing
Step 1.
Rinse and pat dry the spinach and tear leaves into your bowl. Discard the stems.
Step 2.
Remove the skins and pith from the oranges and slice.
Step 3.
Break apart the oranges and add to your salad.
Step 4.
Thinly slice the red onion and add slice to the salad.
Step 5.
Toss with dressing and serve.
