Shopping list
- Your favorite salad ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken breast
- Garlic & herb seasoning
- Chicken Broth
- 1 cup seedless Grapes
- 8 ounces walnuts
- 6 ounce plain yogurt
- Curry powder
- Tortilla wraps
- Microwavable Brown Rice
- 15 Ounce Can, Black Beans
- Bag Shredded Cheese
- Hannaford Brand Salsa
- Crusty Bread
Meal 1
Preheat oven to 425. Season chicken to taste, add 1/2 cup chicken broth, cook until done. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
Remove skin and bone from remaining chicken, chop and refrigerate
Meal 2
Using some of the remaining chicken, create burritos using brown rice, cheese, black beans & salsa. Wrap in tortilla and enjoy!
Meal 3
Using left over chicken, mix in:
- 6 ounce yogurt
- 1 cup quartered grapes
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon curry (or to taste)
- salt and pepper
Serve on bread or on a salad and enjoy!
