Shopping list

  • Your favorite salad ingredients
  • 3 lbs chicken breast
  • Garlic & herb seasoning
  • Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup seedless Grapes
  • 8 ounces walnuts
  • 6 ounce plain yogurt
  • Curry powder
  • Tortilla wraps
  • Microwavable Brown Rice
  • 15 Ounce Can, Black Beans
  • Bag Shredded Cheese
  • Hannaford Brand Salsa
  • Crusty Bread

Meal 1
Preheat oven to 425. Season chicken to taste, add 1/2 cup chicken broth, cook until done. Serve with salad and crusty bread.

Remove skin and bone from remaining chicken, chop and refrigerate

Meal 2
Using some of the remaining chicken, create burritos using brown rice, cheese, black beans & salsa. Wrap in tortilla and enjoy!

Meal 3
Using left over chicken, mix in:

  • 6 ounce yogurt
  • 1 cup quartered grapes
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon curry (or to taste)
  • salt and pepper

Serve on bread or on a salad and enjoy!
