To request financial or in-kind support, your organization must have current 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.
In order for Hannaford to support as many causes as possible, please submit no more than one request per year.
How to request a donation or sponsorship
Submission guidelines
For local support
All requests for donations at a local level should be addressed to the Store Manager at the Hannaford Supermarket located in the community served by the organization.
Examples of store support include sponsorship of youth sports, school programs and
town events.
Stores may make contributions to eligible organizations through product donations, gift
cards and sponsorships. Organizations may also be eligible to receive free cups and
napkins for use at fundraising dinners or events.

For regional support
Requests for support that will impact an area beyond a local community should be
directed to our Regional Community Relations Specialists. Their addresses
can be found at the bottom of the Donation Request Form.
