Though pregancy can be one of the most exciting times in your life, it may not always be the most comfortable. In addition to getting exercise and plenty of rest, there are many naturally soothing remedies that will help make this pregnancy one you’ll want to remember.
B vitamins – An increase in B vitamins may help reduce morning sickness. Bananas, watermelon, beans, asparagus, nuts, salmon, chicken, whole grain rice, and eggs are all great sources of vitamin B.
chamomile – Helps soothe the nerves, and induce restful sleep. May also be beneficial for symptoms of caffeine withdrawal.
