Leslie M. Fisher, PhD, MPH, RD, LD
Her area of expertise is in nutrition, clinical nutrition and more specifically on how key nutritients(choline, DHA) may enhance fetal and infant development. She also has keen knowledge on how dietary requirements for choline are influenced by factors such as gender, menopausal status, and genotype. Orginally from Atlanta, GA Leslie graduated from The University of North Carolina with a MPH in Nutrition, she has her Ph.D from Columbia University in Biology and a B.S. magna cum laude with honors in Genetics from The University of Georgia.
Jeffrey Blumberg, Ph.D., F.A.C.N., C.N.S.
Dr. Jeffrey Blumberg is a Senior Scientist and Director of the Antioxidants Research Laboratory at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, as well as a Professor in Tuft\'s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. His research work focuses on the role of antioxidant nutrients in promoting health and preventing disease during the aging process. Dr. Blumberg is also dedicated to implementing sound nutrition science into public health policy and has served on committees with several leading agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration.

Dr. Clare Hasler is the Executive Director of the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science at the University of California, Davis. After having received a dual Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology and Human Nutrition from Michigan State University, she completed her post-doctoral training at the National Cancer Institute and National Institutes of Health. An expert in the science, regulation and marketing of nutraceuticals, Dr. Hasler developed the country\'s first university-based program on functional foods (foods that have a medicinal effect on human health).

Dr. Lisa Sutherland is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Senior Nutrition Scientist with the Hood Center for Families and Children at Dartmouth Medical School. Since receiving her Ph.D. in Nutrition from the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina, she has developed specialized expertise in nutrition intervention and policy, health communication and behavior theories. Her work includes studying the impact that media, marketing and family influences have on the diet and physical activities of children, and using this research to create and evaluate programs, interventions and policies aimed at preventing and reducing the risk of obesity in children.
\"I am most proud of my work as one of the lead scientists on Hannaford\'s Guiding Stars program. This has been an exciting opportunity to use my nutrition experience and training to guide consumers in making better choices and ultimately to have a positive impact on the people of New England. Tracy Fox is President of Food, Nutrition & Policy Consultants, LLC. An expert in nutrition policy and standards, with an M.P.H. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, Ms. Fox has been a long-time advocate for developing strong nutrition standards for the public school system. Among her most significant career accomplishments is the development of evidence-based nutrition standards with the Institute of Medicine. These standards helped spur changes in nutrition standards across the country.

Lori Kaley is the Manager of the Public Health Programs at the University of Southern Maine\'s Muskie School of Public Service. Drawing upon her expertise in Public Health, Nutrition Science and Business, she worked with Healthy Maine Partnerships to conceive and implement the Maine Physical Activity and Nutrition Program (PANP). This program coordinates statewide efforts to help Maine residents be more active and eat more healthily. She also developed the Maine Physical Activity and Nutrition Plan 2005-2010, a guiding document for the PAN program.

Board-certified in both Internal and Preventive Medicine, Dr. Jeremy Nobel is a faculty member at the Harvard School of Public Health, from which he also received M.S. degrees in Epidemiology and Public Health Policy. In his role at Harvard, he designs and evaluates healthcare delivery systems, with his work directed at improving health at both the individual and community levels. From helping patients change dietary habits and lifestyle behaviors, to working with the medical profession and the community-at-large, Dr. Nobel is committed to making the healthcare system as effective as possible. Dr. Nobel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton and received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
