Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast Quesadilla

8 each Flour tortillas, 7" to 8"
8 slices pepper jack cheese
8 slices Taste of Inspirations Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast
2 each plum tomato, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
4 each Scallions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoon cooking oil
1 jar salsa


1. Place 4 tortillas on prepared work surface. Divide Pepper Jack Cheese and Turkey Breast evenly over tortillas. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle evenly with cilantro and scallions. Place remaining tortillas on top.
2. Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Brush grill with oil. Grill quesadillas one at a time, until cheese is melted and quesadillas become golden and slightly crisp, about 4 minutes total. Transfer to cutting board to cool slightly.
3. Cut into 6 wedges and serve with salsa.
