1 bag new red poato, scrubbed and cut in half
1 spray olive oil cooking spray

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spray roasting pan with olive oil spray.
3. Place potatoes in roasting pan and roast for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.
