Goat Cheese and Crab Wontons with Honey Soy Sauce

Ingredients

2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Minced fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 (8 to 10 oz.) log goat cheese
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 6 oz can crabmeat, drained if needed
24 each wonton wrappers
Goat Cheese and Crab Wontons with Honey Soy Sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 2 (12-cup) or 1 (24-cup) mini muffin tins with vegetable cooking spray.
2. Prepare dipping sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk honey, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper flakes until well combined. Refrigerate to chill.
3. In another medium bowl, combine goat cheese, scallions, and crabmeat.
4. Press wonton wrappers into prepared mini muffin cups. Place 2 tsp. of the cheese mixture in the center of each wonton. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until wontons are golden brown. Serve warm, with dipping sauce on the side.
