Hawaiian Luau Shrimp

2 lbs large raw peeled and deveined shrimp
1 (1.25 oz) pkg Grill Mates Hawaiian Luau marinade
1 (16 oz) pkg Fresh pineapple slices, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped


1. Prepare marinade according to package directions. Add shrimp to marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Using a slotted spoon, remove shrimp from marinade and thread onto metal skewers, alternating with fresh pineapple.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place skewers on grill rack and cook 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp turns pink. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with Pineapple Couscous.
