Sesame Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1/4 cup warm water, or more if needed
2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon mirin (rice wine)
2 each Garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Minced fresh ginger

Directions

1. Combine tahini, 1/4 cup water, soy sauce, vinegar, mirin, garlic, and gingerin a small bowl and mix well. Add more water, if needed, to achieve desiredconsistency.
2. Let stand for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.Mix well before serving.
