Roasted Asparagus with Asian Peanut Sauce

1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Soy sauce


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place asparagus on cookie sheet and lightly coat with olive oil, adding a pinch of salt, and roast in the oven 7 - 10 minutes, or until asparagus is tender.
2. Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Brush or drizzle sauce over asparagus after it is roasted.
