Baked Spinach Artichoke Yogurt Dip

31/2 oz Cooked artichoke heart globes, drained
21/2 oz Frozen spinach, chopped
2 oz Plain yogurt, low fat
1/4 cup Part skim, low moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 each Fresh garlic cloves
11/2 teaspoon Fresh red hot Chile peppers, chopped


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine artichoke hearts, spinach, yogurt, cheese, green onion, and garlic; mix well.
3. Pour mixture into 1-quart casserole dish or 9-inch pie plate.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and sprinkle with red peppers.
5. Serve with toasted bread or whole grain crackers. (Toast or crackers not included in nutritional analysis).
