Cheesy Cocktail Crisps

Ingredients

Cheesy Cocktail Crisps
8 oz Hannaford Inspirations Horseradish Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Salted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper, ground
1 cup Rice cereal, puffed
6 oz Hannaford Inspirations Maple and Brown Sugar Ham
1/2 cup Hannaford Inspirations Cranberry Mustard
1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In large bowl, with electric mixer on low speed, mix cheese, butter, flour, salt, sugar, and red pepper together until blended.
3. Add puffed rice cereal and work into mixture with a wooden spoon.
4. Roll into 3/4-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets and flatten each with the bottom of a moistened drinking glass.
5. Bake 10 minutes or until crispy-brown; let cool on pans 5 minutes and transfer with a spatula to a wire rack to cool completely.
6. Top each crisp with 1 piece ham and 1/4 teaspoon cranberry mustard.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
