Fiesta Dip
15 oz Canned dark red kidney beans
1/2 cup Mild salsa
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds, ground
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 each Fresh garlic cloves


1. Drain and rinse beans.
2. Place beans, salsa, cumin, red onion, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with chips or vegetables for dipping; also great as a spread for flour tortilla roll-ups. (Chips, vegetables and tortillas not included in nutritional analysis.)
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
