Ancho Chili Rubbed Beef Steaks

Ingredients

Ancho Chili Rubbed Beef Steaks
2 each beef tenderloin steak, broiled
1 tablespoon Ancho chili powder, ground
3 each Cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
Ancho Chili Rubbed Beef Steaks

Directions

1. Combine ancho chili rub ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steaks.
2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place steak in skillet; cook 12-15 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Carve steaks into slices.
