Mulled Cider
6 cup Apple cider
1 tablespoon whole allspice berries
1 teaspoon whole cloves
6 oz cinnamon stick
1 whole orange, peeled and sectioned


1. Combine cider, allspice berries, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and the peeled, quartered navel orange in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Slice the remaining orange into wedges.
3. Strain the cider and ladle into mugs. Garnish each mug with cinnamon stick and navel wedge.
