Chicken Cacciatore
4 each Boneless skinless chicken breast, halved
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, halved
1 each Medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 each Large onion, chopped
3 cup Pasta sauce, low-sodium


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place chicken in baking pan.
3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the vegetables until golden, about 3-4 minutes. Add pasta sauce and bring to a boil.
4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake until done, about 20 minutes.
