Simple Salad Bar

Ingredients

Kids love a salad bar, where you can choose your own fixin's. Following are suggestions; add any favorite veggies or condiments, such as nuts, sunflower seeds, canned tuna, or shredded or crumbled cheeses.
2 (7-oz.) pkg. Taste of Inspirations Baby Romaine Salas Mix
1 english cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
2 red or yellow bell peppers, cored, seeded, cut in half, and sliced
1 (15-oz.) can baby corn, rinsed and drained
1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 (6-oz.) pkg. croutons
1 cup pitted olives, black, green, or both
3/4 cup bottled ranch-style dressing
3/4 cup bottled vinaigrette-style dressing
Simple Salad Bar

Directions

1. Place Salad Mix in a large serving bowl. Place cucumber, tomatoes, pepper slices, baby corn, chickpeas, croutons, and olives in separate bowls, with forks or spoons for serving each one. Set everything up on a table or countertop.
2. Pour each dressing into a bowl with a spoon, or into a creamer-size pitcheror gravy boat. Include salt and pepper shakers.
