Peach Melba Galette
1 each Frozen puff pastry crust dough sheets, thawed
5 each Peaches, peeled, pitted, cut, 1 inch chunks
1 each Eggs, beaten
3 tablespoon Hannaford Inspirations Raspberry Fruit Syrup
2 tablespoon Caramel topping


1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. On a lightly floured surface, rollout puff pastry dough into a rectanglemeasuring about 10 by 11 inches. Transferdough to an ungreased baking shee
3. Arrange peaches in neat rows on topof pastry dough, alternating the way eachrow faces, leaving a 1-inch border arounddough edges. Fruit can overlap slightly.Fold dough edges over fruit, pinchingtogether the corners so dough holds itsshape. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Brush edges of dough with beaten egg.Bake at 400degreesF for 30 minutes, or untilcrust is golden brown. Remove galettefrom oven. Drizzle surface of peaches withraspberry syrup.
5. Scoop caramel topping, if using, into asmall bowl and microwave for 10 seconds.Use a spoon to drizzle caramel topping overpeaches. Cut into squares and serve warm,with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
