Cheddar and Ham Breakfast Biscuits

Cheddar and Ham Breakfast Biscuits
3/4 cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Double acting baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Salted butter
1/4 cup Hannaford Inspirations Aged Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon Fresh chives
6 tablespoon Milk, 1%, w/add vit A and D


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Lightly coat muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; using a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until it resembles coarse meal.
4. Add cheese, ham and chives; toss well.
5. Add milk, stirring until just combined; scoop batter into muffin tins.
6. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
