Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

Barbecued Chicken
1 1/2 lb Chicken white meat, breast and wing, breaded and fried
1/2 whole yellow onion
1 1/2 tablespoon distilled vinegar
11/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper, crushed
11/2 teaspoon Eagle chili powder
1/2 cup Canned chicken broth, low sodium

Directions

1. Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Arrange onions over top.
2. Mix together vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot pepper flakes, chili powder, and stock.
3. Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done. While cooking, baste occasionally.
