BBQ Beef Sandwiches with Roasted Garlic and Onion Sauce
11/4 lb Braised beef chuck arm pot roast, 0" trim
1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
2 tablespoon roasted garlic and onion sauce
1/2 each Fresh medium onion
11/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
11/2 teaspoon Water
8 each Large toasted sourdough bread slice


1. Place beef, BBQ sauce, roasted garlic and onion sauce and onion in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on lowest setting 6-7 hours.
3. Remove beef and onions with slotted spoon to cutting board. Shred beef with two forks.
4. Combine cornstarch and water. Add to sauce and cook on high heat, 1 minute. Return beef and onions to pot. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 10 minutes.
5. Serve on toasted bread with 1 slice smoked Swiss cheese.
