Brie en Croute with Orange Cranberry Fruit Spread

Ingredients

Brie en Croute with Orange Cranberry Fruit Spread
1 whole frozen puff pastry
1 each large whole eggs, raw

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Roll and shape dough on lightly floured surface, rolling it large enough to fit around cheese; if any cracks develop, sprinkle with water and press together to seal.
3. Spread Orange Cranberry Fruit Spread over top of cheese.
4. Lift pastry and drape over top; turn over and seal pastry, pressing gently.
5. Place pastry on a greased baking sheet with smooth side up; brush with egg wash of beaten egg.
6. Decorate with cut out shapes made with remaining pastry sheet, if desired.
7. Bake 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed slightly and golden; let rest 10 minutes before serving with sliced baguette.
