Spiced Nuts

1/2 cup whole raw almonds
6 oz walnut and pecan halves, mixed
1 teaspoon canola oil
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Garlic power
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional


1. Preheat oven to 350. Place nuts in small bowl and spray lightly with oil. Toss to coat.
2. Add spices and toss again to blend thoroughly.
3. Spread nuts on baking sheet and roast about 15 minutes, until fragrant. Store in airtight container.
