  • What is My Hannaford Rewards?

    Simply put, My Hannaford Rhewards is a program that creates new and personalized ways to save when you shop at Hannaford. The program rewards you for buying our store brands and gives you personalized coupons and offers.

    What items qualify for the 2% rewards?

    Each time you shop, you'll earn 2% rewards on every store brand item you buy. Our store brands include: Hannaford Brand, Taste of Inspirations, Nature's Place, Home360, Cha-Ching, Etos, Companion, Care One and Healthy Accents. You'll also earn 2% rewards on any fresh meat, seafood, packaged produce and deli and bakery items that have the store brand name on the packaging.

    The simplest way to tell if an item qualifies is to look at the packaging. If the package has a store brand logo on it, or a scale label sticker with the store logo and a store brand name in the item description, it qualifies. If the package has a scale label with the store brand logo, but another brand name in the item description, it does not qualify.

    The more you shop and use your My Hannaford Rewards barcode, the better we get to know you – so, over time, you'll receive more and more offers for the kinds of items you love and buy the most.

    How do I redeem my rewards?

    With My Hannaford Rewards, you earn rewards each time you shop and purchase our store brands. You'll redeem your earnings quarterly.

    At the end of each quarter, we'll remind you to activate any rewards you've earned.

    You can activate your rewards with one click and they'll be ready to redeem immediately.

    To redeem the rewards you've activated, just use your barcode or phone number at the checkout. Your rewards will be deducted from your total, along with any qualifying coupons you've clipped.

    Do my rewards expire?

    Yes. Rewards are granted quarterly, and you'll have 90 days to activate and use them before they expire. When your rewards are ready to be activated, we'll send you a notification by email, text or both, depending on how you set up your communication preferences. If you choose not to receive communications from us, we will not send a reminder that your rewards are available, so you will need to check your app or your account online.

    What are digital coupons?

    Digital coupons are just like paper coupons but easier. They can be "clipped" directly to your account. Any coupons you've "clipped" are saved in your "My Clipped Coupons" section.

    I already have a Hannaford.com account; do I need to register again?

    You'll just need to sign in to the app or website using your existing Hannaford.com email and password. We'll ask you to confirm some details and then you'll be ready to start earning rewards.

  • I cannot register a new account, can you help?

    If you see an error message asking you to enter a valid email address please double check the text you entered in the email field and confirm it is entered correctly.

    If you see an error message stating that the email address you entered is already in use, you may have already registered. If so, you can check your email for a previous registration confirmation. If not, you can use the 'forgot password' feature to reset your password. If you do not receive an email confirmation from Hannaford after registration, please allow several minutes for email networks to send the message to your account. If you still do not receive a message after some time, or check to see if the message went into a 'spam' folder within your email program.

    I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

    You can reset your password or security answer by using the 'forgot password' feature. This will send you an email containing a reset link. For security purposes, you must click this link within 12 hours or it will not be valid. If this happens, simply go through the reset password process again to receive a new email. When you click this link you will be taken back to Hannaford.com where you create a new password.

    There are many features you can use to plan your next in-store shopping trip or place a Hannaford To Go order:

    What is your flyer schedule?

    Our flyer schedule is Sunday through Saturday, and the prices you'll find on Hannaford.com reflect the current day's promotions and pricing.

    We make every effort to ensure our online price is consistent with the price in-store. In the infrequent case in which they are different, the store price will be honored.

    Why can't I find the items I'm looking for?

    There are several ways to find items on the site, including searching and browsing for items. If you are searching for a specific item, ensure that the name is spelled correctly. You can also try simplifying the search term such as "Vanilla yogurt" instead of "Low fat vanilla greek yogurt". If you are still unable to find the item it is possible your selected store does not carry the item you are looking for.

    How do I compare items?

    While browsing, click on the "Compare Items" checkbox on up to 3 items then click "Compare Items" link.

  • Where do nutrition facts come from?

    For packaged products, nutrition facts and ingredients are collected from product labels and suppliers. For fresh items, all information – including allergen information – was collected from the USDA database of nutrition facts. We rely exclusively on that information. We do not independently review it, and do not provide any guarantees on its accuracy or completeness.

    How can the site help me with food allergies?

    Once you set up your nutrition profile in My Account, the products viewed will display alerts for the select allergens and other notable product characteristics, such as high fructose corn syrup or partially hydrogenated oils using the nutrition facts we collect. But, it does not screen for potential contaminants or other factors of possible interest. Because it is only based on limited supplier or USDA information, it cannot be used to guarantee that a product or item is free of an allergen or other notable product characteristic.

    How can I find out for sure if a product contains specific allergens?

    If you have a severe food allergy or other concern, please contact the manufacturer and consult your healthcare provider for medical advice. The value of this card represents prepayment for merchandise and is not redeemable for cash. Gift cards can be used to purchase merchandise at any Hannaford Supermarket and make great gifts!

    What is an eGift Card?

    An eGift Card is a digital card as opposed to a traditional plastic gift card, and can be purchased online at hannaford.com/giftcards or by giving us a call at (888) 646-2577.

    What's the difference between a Hannaford gift card and a Hannaford eGift card?

    Hannaford Gift Cards are physical cards that can be purchased at any Hannaford store and all independently owned stores that carry Hannaford products.     There are no delivery or handling charges for standard shipping. You will only pay for the face value of the eGift card or physical gift card that you purchase.

    Can I change the value of my gift card purchase or cancel the transaction?

    We're sorry but all gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value or reload your card, an additional transaction with be processed for you.

    How long does it take for an eGift Card to reach the recipient?

    All gift cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes however it could take up to 24 hours. If cards are not received within 24 hours please contact our Gift Card Team at (888) 646-2577.

    I recently purchased and sent an eGift Card but it has not arrived. What should I do?

    Occasionally eGift Cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check with the recipient to see if their gift card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient.

    You can also resend the gift card by entering the email address and confirmation number associated with the gift card, then selecting the "Track" button. Once the gift card appears, select the "Send" button. Enter the appropriate email address and select "Submit." The gift card has now been resent. For additional support, please call 1-888-646-2577.

    Can I schedule an eGift Card to be delivered at a future date and time?

    Yes. eGift Cards can be delivered immediately (subject to credit card and security processing time) or at any future date and time.

    I own a business and I would like to purchase bulk Hannaford Gift cards for my customers and employees. Are bulk gift card orders available?

    How do I use my eGift Card?

    Once you have received your email notification, you can view your eGift Card by clicking the "Activate your eGift card". Either print your gift card certificate or display the certificate at checkout on your mobile device. You will also need to enter your PIN code at checkout that is provided on the gift card certificate.

    Can I use a card internationally?

    Hannaford's gift cards are only valid at Hannaford stores and affiliated independent stores that sell Hannaford products.

    How do I use my eGift Card?

    I didn't want to send an eGift Card, I wanted to send a plastic one. How can I send a plastic gift card?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to convert an eGift Card to a plastic one. The eGift Card can be sent to you for printing and forwarding, the same way you would forward a plastic card. Remember that eGift Cards can be personalized with audio and images.

    I am having problems recording an audio message. What should I do?

    Please ensure that Adobe Flash is downloaded and installed on your computer and that you have access to your microphone. To ensure Adobe has permission to access your microphone, simply select the "Play" button and follow the instructions, which will allow you to record your personal audio message.

    I accidentally deleted my eGift Card before I could use it. How do I request a replacement?

    The purchaser of the gift card has the ability to resend your gift card using their confirmation number and email address. Please contact the purchaser and have them resend the gift card. If you are the purchaser of the gift card, please contact our Gift Card Team for assistance at (888)-646-2577.

    I lost my eGift Card print out. How do I request a replacement?

    If you misplaced your eGift Card, click on the link in the original email to access it. If you no longer have the original email, please contact the purchaser of the gift card and have them resend it to you.

    What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?

    We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards, however, if you have proof of purchase contact the Gift Card Team at (888)-646-2577 . If we find your gift card has not been redeemed, or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new gift card for that value.

  • We want our customers to get the best value in our stores, and we encourage them to use coupons to save on groceries in accordance with the following guidelines:

    • Coupons should be presented at the beginning of the order. Coupons presented after the transaction is complete will not be accepted.
