Donations & Sponsorships
All of us at Hannaford are proud to be a part of improving the quality of life in the communities we serve. It’s our goal to support as many causes as possible. You can help by submitting no more than one request per year.
To request financial or in-kind support, your organization must have current 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
For regional sponsorship requests or requests for organizations that impact an area beyond the local community:
Submit your request on organization letterhead at least six to eight weeks before the event or print deadlines.
Be sure to include a detailed description of the event/organization to be sponsored.
Please provide a description of all sponsorship levels and benefits for Hannaford Supermarkets.
Complete a Donation Request Form and a W-9.
Direct your request for support to our Regional Community Relations Specialists. You can find their addresses at the bottom of the Donation Request Form.
For local support:
All requests for donations at a local level should be addressed to the Store Manager at the Hannaford Supermarket located in the community served by the organization. Some examples of store support include sponsorship of youth sports, school programs and town events.
Our stores may make contributions to eligible organizations through product donations, gift cards or sponsorships.
Your organization may also be eligible to receive free cups and napkins for use at fund-raising dinners or events. Use our store locator to find your nearest Hannaford Supermarket.
