Jasmine Salmon Sandwiches
1/2 cup Cream cheese
1/4 cup Goat cheese, crumbled
1 oz brewed tea, green, black or jasamine
5 each Pumpernickel bread, slice
4 oz Smoked salmon
1 each Fresh Lemon

directions:

1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheeseand goat cheese until well blended. Cutopen tea bag, add tea, and mix well.(May be prepared up to 3 days in advanceand stored, refrigerated, in an airtightcontainer.)
2. Toast bread slices lightly. Spread eachslice with about 2 Tbsp. of the cheesemixture. Top each with pieces of smokedsalmon. Cut each slice into quarters.
3. Slice ends off lemon, then cut 6 verythin slices. Pick out seeds, then cut eachslice into quarters. Top each quartersandwich with a lemon quarter. Serveimmediately.
