2 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup minced red onion
2 to 3 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

directions:

1. Drain yogurt 25-30 minutes.
2. In a small saucepan combine vinegar and garlic, reduce on medium flame until only 1/4 cup remains, cool.
3. Combine yogurt, onions, and parsley with cooled balsamic and mix well. Serve as desired.
