Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (19 oz) can Black beans, rinsed, drained
1 (11 oz) can whole-kernel corn, drained
1 cup quartered grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)

directions:

1. Combine Hellmann's or Best Foods Light Mayonnaise, lime juice and cumin in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Also terrific with Hellmann's or Best Foods Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing or Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise.
