Charred Corn on the Cob with Grilled Tomato Oil

4 each ears of corn, husks left on
1/2 cup Grilled Tomato oil (recipe follows)

directions:

1. Light a grill for direct medium-high heat, about 425 degrees.
2. Grill corn in husks directly over heat, turning every 5 minutes, until husks are blackened all over, 15 to 18 minutes total. During the last 5 to 8 minutes, put on grill mitts and peel back the outer blackened husks to expose some of the corn kernels. Continue grilling until some of the kernels are browned and lightly charred.
3. Remove corn from the grill and let cool slightly. Remove husks and brush earsgenerously with tomato oil.
