BBQ Cheddar Burger
1 lb Hannaford Inspirations 85% Lean Ground Beef
2 tablespoon Hannaford Inspirations Red Apple Grilling Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 oz garlic-flavored cheese, 2 slices
2 each Outrageous onion rolls
2 oz green leaf lettuce, 2 pieces
1/2 each Fresh red tomatoes
2 teaspoon Hannaford Inspirations Irish Stout Mustard

directions:

1. Mix ground beef, grilling sauce, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl until blended. Shape meat mixture into four 1/2-inch thick patties.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties to desired doneness topping with cheese for the last minute of grilling, about 8 minutes per side for medium.
3. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining bun tops. Serve with Irish Stout Mustard.
