NY Sirloin with Italian Salsa

2 pkg Backyard Beauties Cocktail tomatoes
1 jar Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
2 each Fresh garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
1 sprig Fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 pinches salt, divided
2 dashes ground black pepper, divided
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 lb New York sirloin steak

directions:

For Salsa: In a large bowl, mix together: tomatoes, artichoke hearts, onion, roasted red peppers, garlic, basil, rosemary, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 1 pinch of salt and one dash of pepper. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
15 minutes before cooking steak, preheat broiler.
Brush both sides of steak with canola oil and 1 pinch of salt and 1 dash of pepper.
Cook steak on broiler pan for 5 minutes. Turn steak over and cook the other side for 5-10 minutes until desired doneness.
Serve with salsa.
