Chili Pepper Beef Burritos in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

2- 3 lbs beef roast
1 each (7.75 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 each small onion, diced
1 each green pepper, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 each tortillas
1 cup Hannaford shredded mexican cheese
1 each vine-,-ripe tomato, diced
1 scoop low-fat sour cream (Optional garnish)

directions:

1. Add beef, chilies, onion, pepper, cumin and red pepper flakes to slow cooker and cook on low all day (8-,-10 hours).
2. When done, shred mixture by stirring until meat falls apart
3. Spoon mixture onto flour tortillas and top with shredded cheese and diced tomato
