Berry Morning Shake
1 1/2 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon Strawberry syrup
1/2 cup fresh whole strawberries
1/2 cup Fresh red raspberries
1 each Fresh medium banana

directions:

1. Pour soy milk and syrup into blender; blend briefly, about 5 seconds.
2. Add strawberries, raspberries, and bananas; blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
