Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
3/4 cup low /no-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk (cow's, almond, soy or rice milk)
1/2 each juice from lime
1 cup (overflowing) ice cubes
1 - 2 tablespoons honey

directions:

1. Mince mint leaves in food processor.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until well blended.
3. Pour into glasses and serve. Option: It's also great frozen into popsicles.
