Peanut Bran Muffins
2 cup Nature's Place Organic Raisin Bran
1 cup Milk
1 each Large eggs, beaten
3 tablespoon Creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 cup All purpose flour
1/3 cup Packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon baking powder

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease or paper line 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups.
2. Combine cereal, milk, egg, peanut butter and oil in bowl. Let stand 10 minutes; stir to break up cereal.
3. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in separate bowl. Add cereal mixture all at once to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
4. Divide evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
