Pumpkin Raisin Oatmeal
1 tablespoon Raisins, seedless
1/4 cup Canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
1 envelope oatmeal
1 cup Skim milk
1 cup Water

directions:

1. Combine raisins, cinnamon, pumpkin, oatmeal, and water in 1.5 qt. Microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Stir well and serve with milk.
