1 cup Almonds, slivered and blanched
1 cup bread crumbs, preferably whole wheat
1 cup wheat germ, unsweetened
1 teaspoon salt

directions:

1. Pulse almonds in a food processor. Don't let food processor run continually,or you'll end up with nut butter.
2. Pour ground almonds into a plastic bag, and then add bread crumbs, wheatgerm, and salt.
3. Seal and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
