Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce
2 teaspoon Olive oil, salad or cooking
1/2 each white onion
1 each Fresh garlic cloves
61/2 tablespoon Cooked zucchini squash, drained and sliced
1 teaspoon Oregano, ground
1 teaspoon Fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/3 cup canned tomato sauce
1/4 each canned tomato paste, 6 oz.
1/2 each Fresh medium red tomatoes, 1/4"
1/3 cup Water

directions:

1. In skillet, heat oil. Sauti onions, garlic, and zucchini in oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
