Holiday Fruit and Chocolate Chunk Trifle

1 (19.5 oz) box brownie baking mix
3 1/2 cups Whole milk
2 (3.4 oz) pkgs instant vanilla pudding
1 each 8 oz. tub My Essentials regular Whipped cream topping, thawed
3 cups mixed fruit (kiwi, red grapes, raspberries)
1 cup pineapple chunks, cut in half
1 each semisweet chocolate square, shaved into curls

directions:

1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for a 9x9-inch pan. Cool completely and cut into 1-inch squares.
2. Beat milk and pudding mixes in large bowl with whisk, 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup thawed whipped topping.
3. Arrange 2/3 brownie pieces on bottom and up sides of a 2 1/2-quart bowl. Top with layers of pudding mixture, fruit; (reserving some fruit for garnish) and remaining brownie pieces. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, fruit and shaved chocolate curls. Refrigerate 1 hour
