Chocolate Bread Pudding
7 slice Hannaford Inspirations Chocolate Bread, cubed
1 tablespoon Salted butter
13/4 cup Milk, 1%, with added vit A and D
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
4 each Large whole eggs, raw
1 cup Sugar
2/3 cup sour cream
11/2 cup Vanilla yogurt, low fat
1 1/2 teaspoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Fresh orange peel, grated

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Butter an 8 x 8 x 2 glass baking or casserole dish. Place 1-inch cubed bread in dish and drizzle with melted butter; toss to coat and set aside.
3. In a small saucepan, heat milk and cream to a simmer; remove from heat.
4. Whisk egg yolks and first amount of sugar together in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in cream mixture. Pour mixture over bread. Cover and let stand 1 hour to absorb.
5. Bake pudding until just set in center, about 45 minutes.
6. Prepare Orange-Vanilla Cream Sauce; in a small bowl, whisk the sour cream and yogurt until smooth. Add the orange juice, orange zest and remaining sugar, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use.
7. Serve pudding with Orange-Vanilla Cream Sauce.
