Angels' Delight Fresh Fruit Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Sauce)
6 to 8 tablespoons soymilk or Skim milk (Sauce)
1 tablespoon liquid honey (or 2 tsp agave syrup) (Sauce)
1 each nectarine (Fruit for Fondue)
1 each pear or apple (Fruit for Fondue)
1 each banana (Fruit for Fondue)
1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled ( Fruit for Fondue)
2 dashes freshly squeezed lemon juice ( Fruit for Fondue)

directions:

1. Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, combine cocoa and 6 tablespoons ofmilk. Cook over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in thenatural sugar of your choice. Add more milk if necessary to thin thesauce (it will thicken more upon cooling). Pour into two ramekinsand refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until thickened, or for up totwo days.
2. Meanwhile, cut fruit into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Just before serving, artfully arrange fruit on a platter. Serve each persona ramekin of chocolate sauce for dipping.
