2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
2 cups mango, peeled and chopped

directions:

1. Steam carrots in a small amount of water for about 4 minutes or until tender.
2. Add chopped apple and mango and steam for 2-3 minutes longer.
3. Drain liquid and transfer carrots and fruit to food processor. Process about 1 minute or until smooth.
