Dried  Fruit and Nut Bars with Oats and Chocolate

6 tablespoons Hannaford brand canola oil
2 cups Hannaford brand whole oats
1/2 cup mixed seeds, such as (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin)
1/4 cup Hannaford brand honey
1/4 cup molasses
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup Hannaford brand maple syrup
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup mixed dried fruit, such as (apricots, cherries, cranberries) cut into bite-sized pieces if large
3/4 cup Pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 each (4 oz.) baking chocolate, chopped, melted

directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or foil, letting a few inches hang over the sides of pan. Brush with oil.
2. Spread oats and seeds on another baking pan, toast in oven until golden, 6 - 8 minutes, tossing once.
3. In a saucepan combine oil, honey, molasses, brown sugar, syrup and salt. Stir over medium heat until smooth and hot.
4. Combine toasted oats and seeds, dried fruit, nuts and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour hot sugar mixture over and stir until well combined. Pour hot mixture into prepared pan, pressing evenly with spatula.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes, until brown. Transfer pan to rack to cool. Lift out of pan, place on work surface and cut into 1 1/2 - inch by 3-inch bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
