2 lbs Nature's Place 85% lean ground beef round
2 teaspoons Mccormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil
6 slices Cabot Slicing cheddar cheese
6 piece(s) North Country Smokehouse bacon, cooked according to package directions
6 each Hannaford Brand Onion rolls, sliced horizontally lettuce and sliced tomato
1 (16oz) pkg Amy's frozen Quarter Pound vegetarian burgers

directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place ground beef in large bowl. Add Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning and parsley and mix gently with hands (over mixing produces tough burgers) to combine. Shape beef mixture into 6 patties. Grill patties 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Place cheese on burgers during last minute of grilling to melt. Lightly toast onion rolls on grill. Serve cheeseburgers with toasted buns, lettuce, tomato and bacon.
For veggie burgers: Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush each side of burger with oil before grilling. Grill 4-5 minutes per side. Place cheese on burgers during last minute of grilling to melt. Serve with Lettuce, tomato and toasted Onion Rolls.
