1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed, quartered if large
1 1/4 cups granola
2 1/2 cups Light and Fit vanilla yogurt

directions:

1. In a bowl, combine blueberries, raspberries and strawberries and set aside. To assemble the parfait, place 2 tablespoons granola in each of 4 12-ounce cups. Add a layer of yogurt, then berry mixture to each cup. Repeat layers a second time and top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt and a berry for garnish.
